These tools enable retailers to collaborate more effectively with suppliers, engage customers more effectively, and manage talent more effectively.
One of the key technologies used in our methodology is Customer Experience Management (CXM). CXM is a strategic approach to managing the customer experience across all touch-points and channels. Visibility Design uses CXM tools to collect and analyse customer data, measure customer sentiment, and identify opportunities for improvement. The insights gained from CXM are used to inform the design process and create experiences that meet customer needs and expectations.
